Drop-off times

10.45 – 11.15 : Boys 12s & Boys 13s                                                                      11.30 – 12.00 : Girls (all ages), Boys 11s, Boys 14s -16s                               

Please refer to the email sent on Friday 5th April for your Group number, Registration point and Drop-off time.

If you are bringing several players, please arrive at the earliest drop-off time.

Please park in the Sports Centre (TSC) carpark,                                  Google Maps Location, and then walk to Upper Hundred Lawn.

You will find your Coach on the lawn next to the registration number emailed out shortly before camp – Emails will be sent by Friday 5th April.

Collection 

Please refer to the email sent on Friday 5th April for your Group number and presentation time. Each presentation will be about 45 minutes.

Collection will be following the end of camp presentation, which all players and parents are expected to attend.

Presentation timings:

Groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 9 and 16 – Presentation start time: 13.15

Groups 5, 7, 10, 11 and 13 – Presentation start time: 14.30

Groups 6, 8, 12, 14 and 15 – Presentation start time: 15.45

Presentations will be held in Big School.

Please park in The Sports Centre (TSC) carpark and walk across the ‘North path’, turn right after Upper Hundred Lawn and head down the slope towards the Quad carpark at the bottom. Turn left just after the chapel and follow the diagonal footpath towards Big School.
